Open Meditation begins at 6:30pm every Thursday in central Camden and is completely free.
Everyone is welcome.
The session lasts for half an hour and we offer tea afterwards.
The group, which has no religious affiliation, has been meeting in Camden for many years. We can provide guidance on how to meditate or if you already have a technique that works for you, you can simply use that.
Meditating in a group is great for beginners or experienced meditators.
