Thanks for the "why meditate?" article!

It was a really good read. I searched for buddhist meditation on google and found your nice homepage.

As I haven't been to the group in Camden for ever such a long time, prompted by seeing Nicolas' lovely comment below, I'd like to share, as a guest. waving and smiling to all who attended in my day and also to those who have come along since. I now run a similar group in East Kent, thanks to Open Meditation Camden for the inspiration to launch Open Meditation Thanet which now meets in Cliftonville, every Wednesday. OMs Lorraine :)

    Hello,

I went to meditation on last Thursday for the first time. I really like the atmosphere and silence inside the church. A great and quiet place among a the very noisy Camden Town!
Will come again and suggest lovers of the quiet to go there too!

    Oliver Greene (Saturday, 07 August 2010 08:23)

I have been practising Meditation for some time. I began the search for something other then religion which I discovered for me was not of use. A friend suggested meditation and since then I have chosen this way of life and believe me when I say I have found true happiness from within and all exteriors are as they are and for use when I require without attachment. I have gained so much knowledge from within. I highly recommend to any reader try it out ''WHAT HAVE YOU TO LOSE'' Then you can let me know what you discover. Best Wishes to the group a pleasure to meet on a Thursday evening and come together with only one purpose in mind MEDITATION. Thank you Oliver Greene

Yayy!! I'm the first guest of Open Meditation Group Camden :)

When I moved to Camden I looked for a place where I could practice my meditation with a group of open, like minded people & this is where I found it.

Once a week, I have a place where I can go & just be.

It's a powerful tool that I use to stay centred & focused on achieving my goals. When I am stressed I am far less productive, and it is of utmost importance to me to remain focused & productive, because as a coach that means I get to work with more people; empowering them to be happy, healthy & wealthy.
